1. Who we are
CASCers is run by MedPsychKH Ltd (company number SC812645), which is the data controller for the personal information described here. MedPsychKH Ltd is registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). You can contact us about anything in this notice at admin@cascers.com.
2. What we collect
- Saturday Session sign-ups: your name, email address and, if you tell us, the CASC exam you are sitting, and whether you would like emails when new courses open.
- Booking, waiting list and enquiry requests: your name, email address, the course you are interested in and anything you choose to write in your message.
- WhatsApp and email: if you message us, we receive your name, phone number or email address and the content of your messages.
- Course participation: for paid courses, the details needed to manage your place, take payment and send you feedback, such as your marks and written feedback.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, any patient information.
3. Why we use it
- To send you the Saturday Session Zoom link and reply to your requests (to take the steps you asked for).
- To deliver the courses you book, take payment and send you feedback (to perform our agreement with you).
- To tell you when new courses open, only if you ticked that box (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
- To keep records we need for accounting and legal reasons (our legal obligations).
We never sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
4. Who handles it for us
We use a small number of trusted services to run CASCers: Google Workspace (email and our records), WhatsApp (messages and our groups), Zoom (live sessions), Cloudflare (which hosts this website) and the payment provider you choose (PayPal, Wise or Revolut). Some of these services may store information outside the UK, under their own safeguards for international transfers.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above. You can ask us to remove you from the Saturday Session list or our course updates at any time. Records we must keep for accounting reasons are kept for as long as the law requires.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent. Email admin@cascers.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
7. Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If you switch on dark mode, your choice is remembered in your own browser only, and it is never sent to us.
8. Changes to this notice
